Ramina Band Saw ensures high precision slitting of thick and high density thermal bonded pads. The slitting on the product is done with bands that vertically slide from top to bottom while the product progresses on a driven roller table. Designed with a sharpening system the Band Saw allows a perfect cut and a low blade wear.

Ramina Flying Cut unit is designed for the high accuracy cross cutting of thick and high density thermal bonded pads.

The compact Guillotine Cutter allows to slit and cross cut the thermal bonded felt and high-loft products. Whether the product is cut in sheets the high cutting accuracy is ensured by special Brushless technology. Optionally the machine can be supplied with the pre-cut unit.

The compact Roll Cutter allows a rapid cut of nonwoven roll into slices. The machine is semi-automatic and it is designed for the precise 90° cutting of roll thanks to a special Band Saw equipped with sharpening system and antivibration device to reduce cut noise.
