The TR Winder is designed for the winding of nonwovens that cannot be accumulated. Ramina revolving system allows in-line continuous operations with flying roll change and a constant web tension thanks to load cell system.
At the approach of processing-roll completion, a new shaft is placed at the initial position. When the processing roll reaches its maximum diameter, the revolver rotates moving it to the initial position where it finishes winding, while bringing the new shaft to the working position. The new roll edge, which was sprayed with glue during cut, pastes on the new core and starts winding. After winding completion, the spindles stop rotation and two pneumatic arms engage the ends of the shaft and deposit it on the floor.
